Pete was raised in Southern California where he graduated Banning High School in 1988. Pete went on to earn a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice from San Diego State University. He continued his education by attending and graduating College of the Redwoods Police Academy in 1993, and dedicated the next twenty plus years to law enforcement. Through hard work and dedication, Pete had a proud career with both Coachella Police Department and Riverside County Sheriff’s Department, inclusive of Patrol, SWAT team member and Master Investigator, which he remained until he Honorably retired in 2012.

Pete also received the Medal of Valor from the State of California and Life Saving Award while with Riverside County Sheriff’s Department. After retiring, Pete traveled and worked in the Executive Protection field until he moved to New Jersey in 2015 and joined Commerce Park Investors.

As Partner and Project Manager, Pete performs in a multitude of capacities, contributing to the development of Commerce Park’s property investments. His vast experience in dealing with people, stressful situations, and conflict resolution have paved the way for great customer service and tenant relations with our company.
